We started a class action lawsuit with New York Civil Liberties Union against the New York City Board of Education for coersing teen moms to leave school. We provide information about the top 300 colleges in the U.S. for accessibility to students who are parents
Analyzing the top 300 colleges in the U.S. for accessibility in hopes of going to American Civil Liberties Union for a class action lawsuit. Preventing teen moms from being coersed to leave high school by alerting them of their rights using Title 9, a law which has only been applied to sports, but which provides a legal basis for equal rights to all educational programs regardless of gender.
